Summertime is good for making Belgian beers–the Belgian yeast performs best in warmer temperatures. We’re holding our 5th competition dedicated to Belgian and sour beers. This is a BJCP-registered competition, open to beers in categories 23, 24, 25, 26, and 28–with Gose (27A) added as a custom style. Reigstration is open, and entries will be accepted August 1st through Sept. 3rd. Judging will be the week after Labor Day, and Awards Ceremony will be on Sunday, Sept. 10th.
